What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt and you may exchange it for another item, or receive a store or website credit. You must contact us for an Return Authorization prior to return. We do not offer refunds. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend you insure the package with tracking as well, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit on exchanges.

Item must be returned in new/undamaged condition. Once the item has arrived we will process your exchange or store credit same day. Your happiness is always our number one priority. 

** PLEASE NOTE: the above Exchange Policy applies for Web Orders only. Items purchased in our storefront in Savannah can be exchanged or returned for a store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

How to exchange an item?
1) Contact us at: Info@LiquidSandsGallery.com
Include reason for exchange, your address, email and a phone number. We will contact you with Authorization number for sending item back to us. 

2) Please return item(s) in the original shipping carton using the original packing materials and include a copy of the packing slip, order # or receipt.

3) Once we receive the item and ensure everything is in good condition, we will exchange the item or issue you a store credit same day. We will email you once your item arrives and when the credit is issued or the the exchange is ready to ship. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send your purchase back to the maker directly. 

*All sales items, custom orders and special orders may not be returned and are not subject to exchange. Any item that is not in stock and ordered is considered a special order, Kinzig Lamps not in stock are special orders. Any item that was created at your request specifically for you is considered a custom order. Custom orders require minimum 50% down upon ordering.
