Shipping policy

All in stock items ship within 3 business days, most ship same day. 
Special Order Items & Lamps will ship as soon as ready typically within 2 - 8 weeks. 

Free In Store Pickups are ready within 2 hours of order placed.
Orders placed after 2 pm may be ready next business day. 

We are open Tuesday - Saturday 11 - 5 and Sundays 1 - 4 pm
Mondays by appointment only. 

Local Delivery within the Historic District is available at checkout for a $10 fee. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are determined by size, weight and distance. We maintain accounts with UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority and determine the best shipper based on the item being shipped. The majority of our small items ship via USPS Priority Mail and most larger items ship via UPS. 

If you have a preference for carrier let us know, we're happy to accommodate as best we can.
After your items are ready to go we’ll send you tracking via email.

What about damage from shipping?

While it’s very rare for an item to be damaged in shipping (our breakage rate is less than a fraction of 1%) we always declare a value in the event we do need to make a claim. If that happens getting a replacement to you is our top priority. 

We have shipped items all across the US and to 20 Countries and Territories. 

If an item arrives damaged you must let us know within 7 business days of delivery and we will begin process of making a claim and replacing your damaged piece ASAP. 

1) Call us at the gallery: 912.232.3600 or send us an email to: Info@LiquidSandsGallery.com and alert us to the damage. 

2) Be careful not to cut yourself on any broken pieces.

3) Carefully take pictures of damaged work(s) and of the box outside edges and top showing the shipping label. Email these images to us at: Info@LiquidSandsGallery.com 

4) Keep all packaging and replace damaged piece back into box as was when received. This is because the shipper may elect to pick up the items and shipping materials in order to pay our claim. Payment of claim will never effect your replacement or the timeline for it to arrive to you. We will alert you to expected timeline for claim pick up or if package and contents can be thrown out instead. 

5) We’ll immediately start working to get a replacement piece to you as soon as possible.
